I'm hoping you can give some advice? If not I totally understand but I have been taking online classes this year but 2x a week for 2hrs I have to go to this school and do work but the night before I go to school (like tonight) I cant hardly sleep an get so nervous for no reason and when I get there I'm so anxious can't sit still and end up having a meltdown which makes me not want to go to school but I have to graduate! I just can't seem to leave my house without having these episodes anymore!

I suggest talking to am expert about it because your anxiety issues seem to be very bad. A tip from me: try doing some breathing exercises, they might help but still that’s all I can do. I’m no expert and only an expert on the subject can actually make a drastic change with your anxiety issues. I hope you can get the help you need. I wish you lots of luck and I send you all the strength and peace in the world. Good luck hun

What is '100 happy days', it seems to be fun but I don't know what you're doing or anything else, you know? Can you explain and sorry for my bad English Xx 😊

It’s a project dedicated to fight depression and negativity. You subscribe online (you can google it) and you post pictures during a 100 days of your life. You will post something that made you happy that day during 100 days.
Go to google, look up 100 happy days and look at their website. They explain it so much better
