280lbs to 210lbs. Still looking to lose a few more but I am VERY proud of how far I’ve come!
5’9 and a bit (almost 5’10). you might have seen me about before, do love a progress photo! Now a UK 14-16, used to be a UK 22-24.
I’ve never stepped foot in a gym, weight loss IS possible without a gym, but not without hard work and dedication!
I feel like my routine at the gym doesn't really accomplish anything I basically just use the bike, treadmill then a few of the weighted machines but I'm kinda clueless as to what I could do do you have any tips on a routine? I'm really self conscious so I already go pretty late at night when there's only a couple of guys lifting weights
Personally I don’t know much about gym routines since I’m barely starting out with weight training and I have a personal trainer but if you feel like your workouts just are not enough anymore then you should change them. Maybe you could try different cardio machines, my personal favorite is the elliptical so maybe you could try it out. Also you could try spicing up your time at the treadmill with different workout routines (I’ll post some for you after this) and with weight training you could try working a different body part per day, increasing your reps or weight depending on how you feel or maybe hire a personal trainer (if you can afford it) or you could google some routines perhaps

Weight training day four:
Stationary bike 15 mins
Weight training 40 mins (upper body)
Color run training 20 mins
Treadmill walk 10 mins
Elliptical 15 mins
So I’m deliciously sore. My whole body hurts and I love it. Lol
I didn’t work out yesterday because I had a terribly stressful couple of days in school and barely got any sleep at all in the past days so my body just couldn’t do it. Anyway today was great.
Also I weighed myself and after a week of stressing out because I gained 5 pounds due to my meds I finally lost those five pounds and I’m back at 160.5
Previous weight (before meds) 73kg - 160.7 pounds
Previous weight (after meds) 75 kg - 165.1 pounds
Current weight: 72.9 kg - 160.5 pounds
