Help. I've started lifting and a lot of elliptical but the scale keeps going up. I'm not eating great, but honestly no worse than I was before. I'm at my highest weight, but I don't feel huge. There's no way this could be muscle? How do I get leaner?

Eating seems to be your problem, start eating healthy (right numbers, macros, lifestyle, whatever rocks your boat) and the numbers on the scale will drop. Try to weigh yourself once a week, right after waking up, always on the same day (to get more accurate measurements) Also measure yourself and remember that water weight shows up on the scale even if it doesn’t show on the body.
